Job Description

- Manage the Sales Department and be responsible for completing business targets (Capital Management) of the Department.

- Organize and implement the business plan to ensure compliance with the assigned plan.

- Develop markets and expand customer relationships.

- Manage customers and ensure service standards and quality for customers according to Company regulations.

- Recruit and train Department staff.

- Supervise and support subordinate staff.

- Other tasks within the scope of responsibility of the Head of Sales Department as directed by the Board of Directors.

- Salary: Negotiable, Salary from 15-20 million + Business Salary (Unlimited) + Bonus.

* REQUEST
- Bachelor of economics, banking and finance, business administration or related majors.

- Have experience operating in the fields of Finance, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Real Estate or related industries: Minimum 02 years.

- Must have at least 2 years of room management experience.

- Ability to plan and develop customers and markets.

- Ability to recruit, train, manage leadership teams, motivate and lead the department (having a team is an advantage).

- Have reputation and personal brand locally.

- Nghe An Branch: 19 Cao Thang, Vinh City, Nghe An Province

- Can Tho Branch: G Floor, Hong Phuc Building, 42-48 Pham Ngoc Thach, City. Ninh Kieu, Can Tho City

- Ba Ria Branch: 09 Le Quy Don, Phuoc Trung Ward, City. Ba Ria, Ba Ria - Vung Tau
