Job Description

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage a sales staff of 20 employees
Remind and monitor employees to achieve work efficiency and comply with company regulations
Find out customer needs and promote customer care
Plan and propose service improvements according to customer needs over a certain period of time (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
Other tasks are directly assigned by the Director

3. REQUIREMENTS

Male/Female voice is clear, inspiring, easy to hear
Have personal laptop
Have over 2 years of management experience in the e-commerce field. Manage over 15 people
Have superior written and verbal communication skills
Have understanding, practical and technical knowledge in management work
Have skills to work independently and in groups. Excellent leadership skills
Ability to think strategically and solve problems

Working hours : 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Saturday (1 hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.), 1 day off a week.
