Job Description

work content

Create strategies and business plans for each channel in accordance with the company strategy.
Deploying wholesale and retail business activities in Vietnam.
Manage/directly handle operations:
- Agents, distributors, customers;
- Negotiate prices and contracts;
- Handling orders and return disputes;
- Coordinate customer care;
- Import and export procedures;
Directly manage the operations of the Sales Department, responsible to the Board of Directors for sales goals and work efficiency.
Manage, train and develop the Company's sales team, guide employees in handling arising issues related to sales activities.
Research the market, propose new trends.
Make periodic and extraordinary reports to superiors according to regulations and perform other tasks as assigned by the board of directors.
