Job Description

Functions and duties of the Sales Manager

Sales team management:

Train and train sales staff
Set performance standards
Job orientation for sales staff
Monitor and evaluate employee performance
Encourage to increase the working efficiency of both the sales department and each sales staff

Ensure revenue target:

Establish long-term business goals as required by the Sales Manager including: Anticipating and developing annual sales targets for the region; Project sales and profits for existing and new products
Set short-term goals: Report weekly and monthly work results; Make a work plan for the next week and month; Evaluate the level of job completion of yourself and sales staff
Market survey: market trends, market supply and demand, partners and competitors to maintain sales volume, adjust selling prices
Balancing revenue targets on each sales channel

Finance :

Budget planning
Mobilizing capital and investment funds outside the enterprise

Administrators:

Well implement company policies and communicate in operating areas
Organize and participate in company meetings
Preserve assigned assets and equipment

Seeking new customers
Post company introduction, product introduction

Job requirements

Graduated from College, University with majors
Have at least 2 years of experience
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the field of real estate, furniture, and electricity
Good leadership and management skills.
Business qualities, strategic goal orientation.
Proficient in communication, presentation and influence skills at all levels
Have broad skills, good organization, work independently and in groups, good communication, presentation, persuasion, negotiation skills, fast learning
