Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Developing strategies and plans to develop customer systems
Build, train, manage, guide and support the sales team to ensure work efficiency and team development.
Directly participate in searching, consulting, supporting and taking care of customers about information about the Company's products.
Develop individual sales plan and business plan for the group
Responsible for sales before the Board of Directors
Monitor, evaluate, and report weekly, monthly and quarterly work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Intermediate or higher graduation
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
High pressure resistance
Having a team is an advantage (from 3 employees or more
Leadership skills, coaching and training staff;

RIGHT

Fixed salary: 10 million VND/month, + commission + KPI bonus. Total monthly income < 20,000,000 VND with no income limit.
Salary is competitive and considered to increase every year.

Working time from Monday to Saturday (8h30 - 17h30), lunch break (12h00 - 13h30).
