JOB DUTIES
1. Organizational management, business strategy planning & customer consulting
- Build and manage sales staff to achieve growth and sales goals
- Develop business plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results set out by the business.
- Building and optimizing the sales process from planning to closing the sale; Monitoring the execution of the business plan.
- Analyze, research and develop data, information, customer behavior and consumer trends
- Find out customer tastes, capture the most selected products, make suggestions to import suitable toy products
- Seeking and developing relationships with customers and partners in the field of Mother & Baby, schools, services for families
- Building and developing customer system - one of the decisive factors in the development of the company
- Coordinating and conducting surveys, customers' feelings about the quality of services and products. From there, take feedback to improve the service, make suggestions for improvement, and improve the quality of work
- Identify potential markets and market fluctuations; regularly update the general situation such as competitors, micro and macro situation, new related product and service models.
2. Customer care
- After-sales customer care, maintaining relationships with existing customers (B2B, B2C)
- Directly contact customers to advise, answer questions/requests during product selection, product delivery & receipt
- Actively contact customers on Tet holidays, birthdays, gifts, or promote attractive promotions and incentives to customers.
3. Other jobs
- Coordinate with the Property Management department to perform well the business, customer care for the process of consulting, delivering & receiving products
- Coordinate with Accountant to ensure successful handling of customer transactions and debts
- Participate and coordinate meetings on business strategy and operations
- Responsible for recruiting, allocating targets, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff
- Report on business results, customer care, implemented activities, revenue and expenses and forecasts
