Job details:

Manage sales staff, recruit & train sales staff to become commercial representatives of the company
Ensure revenue targets according to assigned targets & allocate targets to sales staff. Set up a target implementation plan & implementation for sales staff.
Categorize customers, establish approaches, take care of each type of customer and train employees.
Receive feedback from customers and propose solutions.
