Job description
- Manage sales staff to achieve growth and sales targets;
- Planning and implementing business strategies at the request of the board of directors, helping to expand the customer file and ensure the coverage of the business;
- Responsible for recruiting, allocating targets, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff;
- Building and developing strong long-term customer relationships;
- Build and optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales. Proposing support programs from Marketing for the implementation of appropriate business strategies and optimal efficiency;
- Report on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts before the board of directors.
- Identify potential markets and market fluctuations; at the same time always update the situation of competitors and new products. Capturing the market situation, consulting business strategies in each appropriate period.
- Collect information from competitors, conduct analysis and evaluation to support business activities of enterprises. Give specific ideas, solutions and recommendations related to business in the enterprise.
- Support to handle complaints related to business issues including price, product quality,...
- Collaborate with the marketing department to build the image for the brand of the business.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduated from University with major in Business Administration; economy; Marketing or related disciplines;
- 2 - 3 years of experience working as a Manager/Deputy Manager. Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the fields of: Real estate, interior design....with achievements and regularly meeting/exceeding sales;
- Having a wide network of relationships with architects, construction contractors or related fields is a great advantage;
- Having creative thinking, acumen, flexible communication, good leadership and management ability;
- Having experience in running sales and leading the sales team to achieve targets;
- Having in-depth knowledge of the company's industry and business products;
- Ability to motivate and create influence;
- Sensitivity to data, markets and business opportunities;
- Good negotiation, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Good office computer skills; Good synthesis, reporting and analysis ability;
- Candidates with good English communication is an advantage.
