- Manage and administer the activities of the Sales Department in accordance with the Company's regulations and processes.
- Make weekly, monthly and quarterly business strategy planning. Monitor and supervise the implementation of the business plan to ensure the achievement of the set business goals. Analysis and action plan to achieve the plan.
- Support and train employees to build relationships for sales (Customers, Agents, Companies, individuals). Training sales skills regularly for employees, ensuring the capacity is suitable for the position and job requirements.
- Directly deploying business programs - developing customer sources.
- Advising the Sales Director/Deputy General Director on business strategies and products from time to time. Report the business situation to the Board of Directors/General Director. Report feedback to superiors, receive feedback from customers, and process information together with superiors.
- Support and coordinate the implementation of Marketing plans
