Job Description

- Receive direction and business targets from Floor Director, Business Education, Plan implementation for individuals and groups. Achieve individual and group sales targets
- Develop individual sales plan and business plan for the group
- Coordinating with Floor Director to support sales staff in sales consulting
- Mastering projects, markets and processes and regulations.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report weekly, monthly and quarterly work
- Support colleagues to perform other tasks in order to complete the assigned tasks on schedule
- Actively, creatively at work, giving reasonable ideas to contribute to the development of the group and the floor

POWER:
Proposing marketing ideas and plans to the Floor Director
Be responsible for individual business results and the overall results of the business group before the Board of Directors
