1. Business Management
- Receive business targets assigned by superiors, plan to allocate to each department in charge for implementation. Guaranteed to meet or exceed the plan.
- Responsible for the results of the implementation of the company's business targets such as sales, coverage... & the satisfaction of agency/big project customers.
- Ensure to build a loyal distribution channel / agent & sustainable development.
- Directly or support subordinates to negotiate with customers about company policies. Make sure to sign the cooperation contract.
- Understand the business situation of agents in the assigned area to have a plan to support when needed.
- Have a detailed, measurable and drastic action plan to achieve work efficiency. Especially for issues affecting sales & profits of agents and companies.
- Always check the situation of inventory & suggest the product code to be entered to the superior to ensure that there is a plan to import goods to meet the planned business.
- Research and propose agent support programs to accompany agents to expand the market.
- Implement periodic classification & assessment of agents to propose appropriate development support policies for each agent object.
- Directly check & ensure compliance with service quality standards at the management department.
- Regularly survey or organize for staff to survey the market and competitors to have appropriate action plans.
- Timely report to superiors & propose solutions when there are problems arising outside of authority affecting operational safety, revenue & company brand image.
- Control the display and ensure that customers display according to the prescribed standards.
- Directly resolve customer complaints and inquiries beyond the scope of staff.
