- Make monthly, quarterly and yearly business plans to suit each period and have a backup plan for business.
- Implement business plan of dental branches to achieve sales target.
- Organize the collection, evaluation and analysis of market information to make and implement business plans for the dental chain.
- Responsible for implementing activities to promote prospecting for potential customers for dental branches.
- Responsible for business plans, responsible for reporting business results to the Board of Directors.
- Responsible for the recovery of debts and debts arising in connection with business activities.
- Recruiting, training and managing the direct consulting team.
- Directly manage the reception of guests, advise customers on products and services of the Clinic, introduce service packages, programs and preferential policies in accordance with company regulations, close sales for employees advice if needed.
- Develop policies for the sales team, policies to promote sales and engage the sales team.
- Coordinate with doctors to make successful sales closing plans for the whole team and improve the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Training and coaching staff to improve consulting skills, customer care, customer expansion & good advice on product and service packages of the Clinic.
- Make sure to update customer information fully as required. Accomplishing the sales department's targets: revenue, closing rate of sales.
- Take care of customers according to the right process, exploit old customers to sell more and let old customers introduce new customers.
- Deploying activities with the Marketing team to support the Sales Team to build and develop customer services, build a professional image for the Clinic.
