Job Description

* Directly participate in the process of searching, exploiting & approaching customer advice;
* Develop plan, sales strategy, overall marketing strategy;
* Supervising and urging employees in business implementation;
* Building and advising the Board of Directors in strategic planning;
* Develop, organize and implement monthly and annual marketing and sales plans;
* Research, evaluate, summarize the real estate market and propose solutions to promote the Company's business;
* Manage, administer and supervise the work of employees of the Real Estate Business Department;
* Negotiate and sign contracts;
