*Job description:
- Build, manage and train a team of Real Estate consultants.
- Plan and implement business strategies to ensure the team completes targets.
- Introduce and advise customers about products and projects.
- Support employees in negotiating and closing deals if employees need management support.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment department, recruit and train Real Estate Consultants. - Make reports on activities and achievements and present to the Director.
* Candidate requirements:
- Graduated from College or University.
- Priority is given to having experience in the real estate field, without experience, training will be provided.
- Have good communication skills and know how to persuade.
- Ability to become a manager, inspire work and attract personnel.
* Right:
- Income from 50 to 500 million VND + Bonus (based on performance).
- Receive up to 20% of the total for each closed transaction.
-Year-end bonus and holiday bonus based on company business results.
