1. Consulting and planning the company's business plan
- Advise the Board of Directors in planning and implementing target business strategies; solutions and general business development plans of the Company.
- Manage and be in charge of the business plan of the Company's Clinic system.
- Develop, manage and implement annual business plans according to the direction of the Company's Board of Directors.
- Build operating procedures for business activities
- Develop sales policies (including pricing, discount, after-sales policies, etc.), develop new sales channels to ensure sales plans.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to organize and implement promotional programs, advertising activities, marketing, image promotion and product and service promotion according to the Company's business orientation.
2. Deploy and manage the company's business operations
- Implement monthly/quarterly/annual business plans for the sales department according to the direction of the Company's Board of Directors.
- Manage and be responsible for debts at facilities
- Evaluate the quality of data sources and provide feedback to the Marketing department. Understand customer needs and propose ideas/promotions for Marketing department programs.
- Develop and complete processes and regulations related to the company's business operations.
3. Develop customer relationships
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and coordinate with specialized departments to improve the treatment effectiveness of the clinic.
- Establish and maintain relationships related to business operations, sales consulting and customer care.
- Coordinate with professional departments and customer care departments to improve treatment efficiency and customer care.
- Develop and implement activities to evaluate customer satisfaction and treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain close relationships with customers, promptly receive and handle customer inquiries/feedback/complaints
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop communication activities, events, partner connections, brand development, etc. to promote sales.
4. Manage and train department staff
- Monitor, evaluate work performance and compliance with labor regulations of employees in charge.
- Directly train, guide and develop training programs for employees
- Build KPIs, conduct work completion assessments, and periodically check and evaluate employees.
5. Carry out the Company's foreign relations with external units and individuals to serve the Company's business activities.
Time:
- Monday to Friday from 8:30 – 12:00, 13:30 – 18:00,
- Saturday: 8:30 – 12:30
- Closed: Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
