Kiểm soát các hoạt động bán hàng và tình hình thị trường; Thực hiện các báo cáo bán hàng/ báo cáo đột xuất theo yêu cầu quản trị của Ban Tổng Giám đốc/ CĐT .
Phân công công việc, sắp xếp nhận sự tham gia các Dự án cho nhân viên trong phòng.
Quản lý các công việc chung của phòng: Đánh giá hiệu quả/ đề xuất tăng lương/…
Thực hiện các công việc khác của phòng kinh doanh theo phân công của Ban Tổng Giám đốc.
