1. Building a business strategy:

Search and develop new customers in the restaurant and hotel industry (coffee machines, ice makers, refrigerators, brewing equipment).
Market research, sales planning, proposing pricing and promotion policies suitable for each customer segment.
Grasp the market situation, customer needs, promptly detect changes, new trends in customer investment and competitors' actions.

2. Business development and team management:

Establish and maintain potential customers (hotels, resorts, cafes, F&B chains...) in each stage.
Represent the company in negotiating, signing and implementing business agreements with partners.
Coordinate with departments to develop cooperation policies, products and service packages suitable for each partner group.
Support operations, customer care and handle problems arising during product/service provision.
Manage and monitor sales team performance, ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
Organize internal training on product knowledge, implementation processes and cooperation policies to enhance team capacity.
Evaluate work performance and report periodically, responsible for assigned KPIs.
