Job Description
- Manage, build and develop sales team.
- Attract, select, and engage sales staff to ensure staff numbers.
- Presentation, training, knowledge/skills training for teams.
- Plan, monitor and train sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Understand sales policies and product information to guide and mentor employees.
- Directly consult and take care of customers, support consultants, and close customers if needed.
- Update market information, quickly grasp customer needs.
Candidate requirements
- Experienced in sales and sales team management in the Real Estate field.
- Passionate about business and getting rich.
- Ability to lead, recruit, and engage team members.
- Ability to present in front of crowds, train teams.
- High sense of responsibility in management and team motivation.
Income
- Income when reaching 100% KPI: 10 - 20 million VND
- Fixed salary depends on sales
