    Job Description

    • Overall coordination of the work of the Odoo software development project and other software. Responsible to the Board of Directors for work progress, project quality and work efficiency.
    • Build, update and monitor the implementation of software development process. New programming/upgrading odoo modules (Subsystems such as purchasing, reports, assets, customer care, warehouse...);
    • Plan regular work and monitor implementation.
    • Human resource management: monitor time & work efficiency, evaluate staff performance, motivate team members.
    • Report work progress and project quality periodically or upon request.
    • Advise the company's IT Management Board on IT management, development and application of new technology to improve user efficiency as well as increase data security;
    • Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.

    Candidate requirements

    • Graduated from a regular university majoring in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economic Informatics, etc. and related majors.

    • Have > 3 years of experience in a department head position, equivalent or higher.

    • Experience in deploying Odoo software.

    • Experience in logistics.

    • Experienced in planning IT strategies that effectively align with the company's business model & operating systems.

    • Ability to organize and manage IT personnel.

    • Ability to communicate, negotiate and compile specialized documents.

    • Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript

    • Proficient in Java/.Net programming language

    • Ability to work independently and in a team in a high pressure environment
