Job Description

Planning the work of the Human Resources Administration department

Update when there are changes related to new customer policies and regulations, laws
Prepare quarterly, monthly and annual reports on labor situation for the labor management agency, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vinh Phuc province.
Receive and process all information, opinions and complaints from workers. Resolve and handle issues directly related to workers, report and propose to the board of directors .
Interview candidates for recruitment
Create personnel announcements as needed
Track training items of departments in the factory
Monitor and manage security related work
Patrol the factory to monitor compliance with regulations and standards of the Company and customers. Update and monitor the improvement situation after factory inspection.
Survey, identify hazards, analyze risks related to occupational safety and health in the production area, thereby proposing timely solutions.
Develop labor regulations and annual collective labor agreements (when the law changes or the company needs to amend the regulations)
Prepare documents related to immigration procedures and work permits for foreigners
Check and monitor the implementation of regulations and standard policies in departments throughout the company.
Prepare reports, register labor needs, and annual overtime with the Labor Department
Plan and organize training and cultural and entertainment activities to enhance employee morale.
Disseminate and popularize company policies, regulations and rules to employees.
Working with local authorities, relevant government agencies, and factory customers
