Job description:
Recruitment & Training
Develop personnel plans, recruit personnel as required in departments and facilities of the English Center system;
Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, motivating and keeping human resources in line with the company's growth requirements.
Labor relations/ Labor regulations/ Corporate culture:
Handling complaints, labor relations;
Dissemination & internal communication about the issued Labor Regulations;
Developing corporate culture: organizing internal employee engagement programs (annual TeamBuilding/Company Trip; Company birthday events; Teachers' Day celebration events;...).
Compensation (C&B)
Advise the Board of Directors on the development and implementation of company policies, salary, bonus, insurance...;
Develop regulations on salary and bonus, incentive - stimulate employees to work;
Manage the performance of timekeeping, salary calculation, social insurance regime, ... for employees;
Participate in the construction and implementation of KPIs for Human Resources positions with the Heads of Departments / Direct Managers.
Legal documents for foreign workers, the Company's operation license (Business License / License of Training facilities /...) of the Company
General Administration:
Managing office operations and facilities;
Manage the system of storing papers, records, official letters, decisions, personnel contracts, goods purchase/sale contracts,...;
Manage records, resumes and documents related to all employees of the Company;
Participate in handling other related works under the direction of the Board of Directors.

At least 2 years of experience in the position of Human Resources Manager
Knowledge of legal regulations related to: labor law, insurance law, business license registration,...
Systems thinking, logic;
Good communication skills, good situation handling;
Ability to communicate & work with foreigners;
Careful, meticulous, enthusiastic in work, progressive, diligent and honest.
Right:
Salary, bonus: negotiable at the interview round depending on the candidate's experience (20 million or more + other bonuses)
