Job Description

Position: Head of Training
Working place: B1 floor; Building R4, Royal City Shopping Center, Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi
Working time: Office hours from Monday to Saturday morning (8:30 - 17:30), lunch break at 1:30
Field: Cosmetics, health care, beauty.
Job description:

University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Pedagogy or related majors.
At least 03 years of experience in the field of training, of which at least 02 years of experience in managing and directly training and coordinating training activities at large organizations.
Good communication and presentation skills, management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to plan and implement training.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, responsive, professional style, able to withstand high work pressure.
Proficient in office computer and application software.

6. Requirements:

Managing and operating the activities of the Training Department.
Planning and implementing training to meet the business strategy of the whole Company in each period.
Building and managing the training and development system, including: training policy, training process, information storage system; Communicate and guide to Divisions/Departments throughout the Company.
Develop and coordinate with departments to develop programs, documents, and textbooks to implement training.
Participate in evaluating and measuring the quality of training programs and training staff.
Research and propose measures to ensure quality, methods to improve training, improve training quality.
Responsible for developing and proposing budgets for training, developing expenditures, programs and implementing post-training evaluation.
Synthesize information about training programs to complete quarterly and annual reports on the company's training activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
