Job Description

work content

Manage the procurement of required raw materials, food goods, packaging materials, equipment, assets and tools to ensure timely, on-time, and complete supply. Right quality and right price.
Working with internal departments/departments/departments of the Company to forecast, make strategic purchasing plans, focus on strong products, key products bringing a high proportion of revenue in order to stabilize the source of goods. and maintain a competitive advantage in the price of goods and products the company provides to customers.
Coordinate & integrate purchasing activities for all goods and services, taking advantage of all the advantages of scale and quantity of goods to maximize input prices.
Searching and communicating through domestic and foreign food procurement networks, assessing supplier capacity, establishing relationships with strategic suppliers in accordance with conditions and regulations internal finances of the Company.
Work with relevant departments/departments (Manufacturing, Planning, Quality Management, etc.) to implement programs to reduce costs on raw materials and supplies. Identify opportunities to reduce material and inventory costs and replace materials (if needed)
Organize, build, update and develop a system of purchasing policies, regulations & procedures for purchasing and selling goods, products and services, evaluation and selection of strategic suppliers, etc. ensure the timely supply, suitable with the production and business activities of the Company and achieve the assigned target.
Assigning, assigning work, evaluating the work results of affiliated employees according to the internal regulations of the Company.
Guiding, mentoring and training employees of the Purchasing Department to ensure that the staff of the Purchasing Department have all the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the job requirements.
Perform other tasks as assigned by General Director
