    Job Description

    • Make short-term and long-term maintenance and repair plans, perform specialized mechanical work, repair and maintain machinery and equipment.
    • Monitor, manage maintenance activities, analyze, determine causes, and troubleshoot problems.
    • Draw, read drawings, instruct subordinates to perform. Ensure quality of maintenance work on schedule.
    • Employee training and development
    • Manage and recommend maintenance equipment and materials and monitor the use of materials and equipment during maintenance and repair.
    • Manage the mobile maintenance staff, mobilize employees to participate in repairing production line equipment at factories in the PBE Group system.

    Work under the direction of the Company's Board of Directors. Implement the work results reporting regime.

    Candidate requirements

    - University degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering

    - Over 5 years of experience as Head of Technical Department/Mechanical Maintenance and Engineering Team.

    - Proficient in Autocad drawing software.

    - Ability to manage a maintenance technical team of 6 people.

    - Priority given to those who know how to drive a car

    - Responsible in work, quick, careful

    - Good health

    - Have a spirit of learning, enthusiasm and creativity in work.

    - Ability to work independently

    - Ability to stay with the Company long term.
