JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage the sales team via tiktok channel
• Combine with departments to develop sales to have a reasonable business strategy
• Build a strong sales team
• Develop business plans and models for implementing e-commerce business plans
• Responsible for the sales results of e-commerce business activities.
• Manage and monitor e-commerce activities and processes.
• Search for customers, develop customer network on e-commerce channels.
• Research the market, changing trends, and customer needs to build specific business strategies for each stage.
• Manage sales, advertising, and promotion programs on e-commerce channels to promote sales performance and increase sales.
• Develop and implement roadmaps for online store functionality
• Develop, manage and measure the performance of e-commerce websites
• Monitor, evaluate and take responsibility for enhancing the electronic customer experience
• Manage customer order fulfillment. Manage relationships with partners, evaluate prospects of potential customers.
• Consulting and advising the Board of Directors on all related activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in related fields: Sales, Marketing, E-commerce...
• At least 1 year experience in a similar position
• Have knowledge about E-commerce, be flexible, creative, and responsive
