Job description: Survey the site, work with the team to come up with a concept that matches the trends and wishes of the customer. Come up with design ideas, develop an implementation plan for the design department. Develop a 2D floor plan. Implement 3D perspective design, develop construction documents; coordinate with customers to finalize the construction plan. Coordinate with construction supervisors and other departments to monitor progress and techniques during construction. Combine with business consulting with customers on design ideas. Research new materials, grasp design trends applicable to office interiors, apartments, etc. Job requirements: Have at least 2-3 years of experience in the field. Of which, at least 1 year in the position of design team leader (for candidates applying for the team leader position). Proficient in some specialized software such as: AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray (or Corona), Sketchup, Photoshop,... Ability to lead, work in a team, manage the design and construction department to ensure work progress. Careful, hard-working, with a high sense of responsibility for work.
