JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan and implement recruitment plans for the beauty salon system (including BO and branch blocks)
Know how to build a recruitment budget and mechanisms to attract and recruit talent.
Build and train a recruitment department of 3-5 specialists and 3-5 interns.
Manage team and assign and arrange work for team members.
Building and developing relationships with human resources from universities, colleges and vocational schools.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop strategies and recruitment sources on social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)
Report to measure, recommend, and improve the conversion rate of candidate recruitment quantity and efficiency.
Know how to evaluate and improve work efficiency and staff performance in the team.
Perform other tasks related to the work of the Human Resources department as assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from college or higher.
Minimum 02 years experience in similar position.
Has the strength to recruit large numbers.
Ability to build and package workflows.
Ability to train and lead development teams.
Priority is given to candidates who have attended human resources courses.
Priority given to those with the ability to build and develop an employer brand (EB)
Know how to budget for recruitment expenses.
Basic understanding of marketing.
Ability to grasp psychology and evaluate personnel.
