I. Job requirements:
- Thorough understanding of export recruitment, trainee recruitment, headhunter recruitment
- Have 1 year of experience managing a recruitment team in the fields of export and import, recruitment of trainees-DHS, headhunter
- Have a high sense of responsibility, initiative, decisiveness, ability to build and work in a team,
- Strong Japanese N2 (kaiiwa) communication or higher
- Knowledge, professional skills, clear understanding of Tokutei Gino recruitment consulting processes
II. Work content :
- Responsible for training new employees
- Arrange work schedules for employees
- Monitor, control and adjust work plans of teams to report to superiors,
- Motivate and inspire the team
- Responsible for ensuring results, group sales achieve targets set by superiors
- Working hours: 44 hours a week (free to schedule effectively)
