Job Description

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business plans of the team and submit them to the Board of Directors for consideration; review and approve the plan and evaluate the work results of each salesperson for the monthly and quarterly plan; be responsible for the overall performance of the team and of each subordinate staff;
Build and manage sales & cskh team (4-6 people). Ensure the maximum efficiency of the staff's working process;
Develop policies for sales & customer service teams, sales promotion policies, training programs, staff development and team cohesion;
Monitor the working process of the sales & customer service team properly and at all steps (from reception to after-service), optimizing employee performance;
Evaluate the quality of data sources (sources from website, Facebook, hotline...), divide customer data to employees and control the quality of advice from calls, messages, directly at the Dental Clinic.
Optimize the conversion rate from potential customers to real customers;
Coordinate with doctors to plan successful sales closings for the whole team and improve the team's efficiency;
Find out the needs of customers to propose ideas for promotional and marketing programs of the Marketing department;
Manage and update Customer data on CRM software;
Accomplish the targets of the business sector: revenue, closing rate of sales, rate of appointment cancellation...
Handling customer-related issues;
Make work reports to the Board of Directors.
