    • Manage, divide routes, train and guide a team of motorbike drivers (riders) at the station
    • Supervise, guide work, and arrange coordinators to work in shifts at the delivery station
    • Manage delivery, pickup, and return order journeys in accordance with company standards and regulations
    • Proactively handle problems that arise daily within the scope of work at the delivery station. Provide instructions and practical solutions at responsible delivery stations
    • Responsible for transmitting, exchanging information, and disseminating the company's general procedures and regulations to the group of employees working at the station.
    • Report delivery activities periodically as required by Direct Manager and propose solutions, if any
