Job Details
- Manage daily operations of the telesales team, monitor and supervise members to complete KPIs, evaluate work performance.
- Develop appropriate telesales scenarios for each campaign and implement effective and strategic Telesales activities
- Communicate promotions, new products, sales policies... to individual customers.
- Take care of customers, connect relevant departments to answer questions and problems about the company's products/services before, during and after sales.
