Job Description

- Assign work to warehouse staff, regulate imported and exported goods
- Manage inventory, product quality, ensure goods are tidy and in the correct location
- Mainly responsible for quality and quantity: import and export goods and inventory
- Train new employees, supervise warehouse activities
- Monitor and evaluate warehouse staff's working capacity on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Build relationships with warehouse staff, support staff mentoring, and communicate information from superiors
- Comply with internal rules, regulations, labor safety, and obey orders from superiors
- Discuss and contribute ideas in internal meetings
- Measure commodity risks
- Coordinate with HC Department to carry out fire prevention work at the warehouse
- Inventory and make reports on import and export inventory
