    Job Description

    1. Building and managing budgets and business results
    • Coordinate with departments to summarize data and develop budget estimates for submission to the CEO for approval on time according to the company's regulations.
    • Monthly analyze and evaluate the implementation of KPIs and expenses of the departments according to the approved business plan and budget. Proposing to adjust expenses of departments or norms if necessary
    • Co-review and approve expenses, payment proposals, purchase (JO) proposals by departments, ensuring within approved budget
    • Prepare budget estimates for the Finance Department and ensure that the implementation costs of the Finance Department are within the approved norms
    • Perform other management reports at the request of the Board of Directors
    2. Risk Management
    Risks to customers & partners
    • Develop & review the process of risk management policy including but not limited to: customer due diligence (KYC) process, debt policy approval process, KYC customer database, …
    • Perform KYC review of new customers and periodically re-evaluate KYC of customers according to the company's current regulations.
    • Manage the customer debt portfolio and urge and supervise the debt collection departments in a timely manner.
    • Promptly report to the head of the department any unusual cases and advise on remedial measures to prevent the risk of capital loss.
    • Review and evaluate the payment guarantee certificates and purchase LCs of which PELIO is the beneficiary and verify with the issuing bank that issued the guarantee
    • Reviewing and evaluating other guarantee certificates of which PELIO is the beneficiary and verifying with the issuing bank that issued the guarantee
    Exchange rate & interest rate risk
    • Develop & review processes/policies on foreign exchange and interest rate risk management
    • Advise, propose & implement strategies to prevent foreign exchange and interest rate risks
