JOB DUTIES- As a Media Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Media team (Video Editor, Photographer, Livestream) to produce high-quality content for Marketing and Business.
- Media Production Planning & Management:
- Build video and image production plans for marketing campaigns.
- Manage progress and quality of media products on TikTok, Facebook, YouTube channels
- Team management & work performance optimization:
- Guide and train Video Editor, Photographer, Livestream team.
- Ensure timely delivery of content.
- Creative & updated with new Media trends:
- Update the latest video and image production trends on Social platforms.
- Suggest creative video formats to increase brand awareness.
- Optimize content production processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Request Qualifications & Experience:- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Understand about producing advertising video content, viral, livestream.
- Experience in managing teams of 3-5 people.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the electronics and technology industry.
Required Skills & Qualities: Creative, have professional video production mindset.
Ability to lead & coordinate team work.
Withstand work pressure & deadlines.
Sensitive to Media trends & TikTok, YouTube, Facebook.
