    Job Description

    1. Job Description
    • Plan and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Platinum Dental, including online and offline marketing activities;
    • Effectively manage and operate the marketing team (Content, Media, SEO, Digital, Design) to ensure the completion of set goals;
    • Market analysis, customer behavior research to build appropriate marketing strategies;
    • Develop and implement creative marketing programs to attract potential customers and increase clinic revenue;
    • Manage marketing budget effectively, ensuring reasonable and effective spending.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjust strategies when necessary;
    • Carry out requests from superiors and regularly report work results to the Board of Directors.
    1. Job Requirements
    • Experience:
    • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
    • At least 3 years of experience working in marketing, especially in the healthcare or service industry;
    • Experienced in managing and operating marketing staff.
    • Skill:
    • Effective marketing planning and strategy skills;
    • Market analysis skills, customer behavior research;
    • Skills to create and develop attractive marketing programs;
    • Skills to effectively manage and operate a team of employees;
    • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
    • Proficient in using online and offline marketing tools;
    • IELTS at least 6.0 is an advantage (Or TOEIC 4 skills Listening + Reading: 800 points or more + Speaking + Writing: 300 points or more).
