    Job Description

    1. Job description:
    • Plan and implement Marketing activities on a Quarterly/Monthly basis.
    • Manage team personnel & build culture and working spirit according to corporate core values.
    • Deploy communication promotion and promote new products to target markets.
    • Responsible for communication goals, promotion, and attracting active and potential customers.
    • Manage budget, costs and marketing investments effectively.
    • Report and update results to the CEO.

    1. Remuneration policy
    • Income: 15-20 million

    1. Request
    • Have at least 2 years working in a Marketing Team Leader position or higher.
    • Likes dynamism, challenges and entrepreneurial spirit
    • Have a clear, strong personality, desire to lead and lead a team.
    • Interest in and experience in implementing social, community, and lifestyle impact projects is a plus. And it's an advantage if you love healthy products
    • Understanding of Digital marketing tools, Marketing automation, choosing the type to use to reach target customers.
    • Have the goal of developing sales managers / business leaders.
    • Age range from 25 to 37 years old

    1. Work address: No. 107, K6B, Lane 48 Ta Quang Buu, Bach Khoa, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
    2. Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., 1.5 hour lunch break. Work from Monday to Saturday morning.
