Job description
- Plan, strategize and develop communication channels
– Research and analyze to reach customers and increase customer experience
– Provide an action plan to coordinate with Operations to achieve target revenue
– Propose and implement customer programs (take care or increase customer experience)
– Plan and track department budgets and spending plans
– Manage, build and develop teams
– Maintain and develop relationships (KOL, KOC...)
Request:
– Graduated from university or higher with majors related to Marketing
– Have experience working in the field of Marketing and holding a similar position for 1 year or more (preferably working in the F&B field)
– Understand website analysis tools such as Google Analytics, CRM system...
– Marketing knowledge related to the service industry, FnB
– Good data analysis ability
Regime:
– Lunch 30k/day
