    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Build and manage marketing strategies
    • Research, analyze and update market trends; plan and implement product promotion campaigns, enhance brand awareness.
    • Manage content and optimize advertising channels including social media, website, email, online/offline
    • Manage the performance of each campaign and report to the Board of Directors, make recommendations for improvement and optimize budget.
    • Manage and train marketing team
    • Organize and monitor communication activities
    • Support to solve and remove work for subordinates when needed (meeting customers, closing orders, incidents on site, in the company, communication incidents, etc.)
    • Other job details will be discussed in detail during the interview.

    APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

    • Graduated from College or University with majors in: Economics, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related majors
    • Have at least 2-3 years of professional work experience.
    • Strong in social media, photography, images, mastering the characteristics of social networks
    • Team training and management skills
    • Ability to analyze data and be sensitive to market trends
    • Have a laptop to work

    Working time, rest time

    • Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Saturday
    • Lunch break: 12:30 13:30
    • Weekly off: 02 Saturdays and Sundays per month

    Interest

    • Fixed salary: 12,000,000 VND 15,000,000 VND/month
    • 1 month probation, 85% of fixed salary
