I. General information
Job position: Sales Team Leader
Number of vacancies: 1 person.
II. Job description
- Develop market and product development plans (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Organize the implementation of approved plans.
- Monitor and report implementation results
- Research and synthesize information about the market, competitors and develop new services and new distribution channel models;
- Implement sales plans and targets to achieve sales
- Build and optimize operating processes to maximize access to customers in need of testing services;
- Search and take care of customers/partners who need health check-ups in general and testing services in particular;
- Establish and maintain potential customer relationships
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement gratitude programs, customer care, advertising, promotions, events, etc.
- Coordinate with the laboratory to answer questions related to test results,...
- Coordinate accounting on costs, revenues, and debts
- Manage subordinates, assign work, evaluate KPIs, organize training, provide work instructions for subordinates, urge subordinates to perform assigned tasks

- Age, gender: Male/female
- Age: from 1993 and up
- Graduation level: High school, college, university: Major in Biomedical electronics/electricity, electronics/electronics telecommunications/automation, business administration, medicine, technician, etc.
- Computer skills: Proficient in office software
- Able to work under pressure, able to work independently and in a team, high sense of responsibility, able to travel for work.
- Quick, active, good communication.
