JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implement the Company's and Project's strategies
- Build and develop sales staff to achieve growth and sales goals
- Responsible for recruiting, allocating goals, training and monitoring the performance of the financial advisory team.
- Organize consulting, sales, customer care and quality human resource recruitment activities

- At least 6 months of experience in the position of Manager, Team Leader. Experience in the fields of Insurance / Banking / Finance / Business is preferred.
- Priority is given to candidates who have experience as a team leader in the field of Insurance, the group has at least 3 people.
- Ability to organize, manage and administer system development
- Candidates who love the business, are passionate about making a lot of money, building a long-term career, working with discipline..
- Male/Female from 25 years old and above
- College graduate with experience in the insurance and financial environment is an advantage

- Can be promoted to senior positions after 3 months of working
- Unlimited income: Hard salary 8-12 million + Allowance + Commission + Bonus (income from 30-50 million/month)
