Job Description

Mission:

Ensure and maintain the office information technology system in the corporate system;
Identify, diagnose and assist users with computer problems, advise on system upgrades or replacement equipment;
Set up internal network system for offices in the corporate system: Server storage system, router configuration, wifi system, switch, network devices, timekeeping system... Ensure the system is always operated stably;
Repair hardware devices, office equipment: servers, printers, faxes, phones, wifi, cameras, timekeeping machines;
Work with suppliers on warranty and maintenance of information technology equipment;
Support and respond to employee issues within the group system on the group's online channels;
Design, manage and maintain office equipment and computers throughout the company.
Support survey, deploy new office setup, office relocation, network system installation...
Report weekly and monthly work to superiors;
Coordinate with other departments when required;
Work under the direction of superiors.
Power:
Make work plans and assigned activity plans;
Propose to the Head of Technology on solutions to improve efficiency in the system
Job standards:
Education level: College degree or higher;
Preferred industry : Having certificates from Microsoft, Cisco, CCNA will be an advantage...
Knowledge: Network administration;
Experience: Over 5 years in a similar position, Endpoint infrastructure projects; Experience in priority support, deployment and/or management of PCs and software such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office...
Experienced in deploying and managing network systems, cameras, wifi, and switchboards.
Foreign language requirements: English communication and reading comprehension of specialized documents. ;
Information technology: Proficient in office software and software related to expertise;
Skill:
Good communication, negotiation, presentation and training skills;
Analytical skills, logical thinking;
Planning and implementation skills;
Management and decision making skills;
Teamwork skills
