Coordinate with the company's Marketing team and Customers to build and implement Digital Marketing strategies to promote brand and increase sales.
Manage, monitor and optimize marketing activities on channels: Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, YouTube, Website,
Plan and manage marketing budget effectively, ensure cost optimization, on-time limits and highest efficiency for campaigns. Monitor and allocate budget for each channel, each campaign and report on budget usage periodically.
Update trends, plan, detailed ideas and implement campaigns for each product, service, event of the company and customers.
Create and control the content, design, cost and conversion rate of each campaign to ensure the set KPIs are achieved.
Analyze the market, competitors, user behavior and update trends to propose suitable solutions.
Create, edit, film videos, images and optimize effectiveness on media channels.
Work with external parties (KOLs, influencers, press, agencies) to improve communication effectiveness.
Coordinate recruitment and management, training and development of Digital Marketing staff.
Apply AI to Digital activities to optimize efficiency and reduce workload.
Coordinate the organization of internal/external brand events and activities.
Monitor and handle media crises (if any).
Coordinate with departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness in implementing marketing activities.
Report progress, periodic results and arising issues to the Board of Directors, Customers and propose directions for improvement.
