Job Description

WORK CONTENT

Manage a group of employees Make appointments by phone (Tele-marketing)
Mainly responsible for implementing training on phone calling skills to invite guests to attend company events
Participate in direct interviews with candidates for Tele-marketing positions.
Supervise and effectively manage the team's work
Experienced in handling objections and answering customer questions.
Contact customers via phone, following the Company's procedures to receive customer feedback on the appropriate time to attend the event.
Make weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports
Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service departments to carry out activities to increase sales, promote the Company's image and products as assigned by superiors.
Advise and give suggestions to superiors and the Company's Board of Directors on other issues in the field of expertise.
Working from Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Intermediate or higher graduation.
At least 1 year or more in a similar position. Priority industries: Customer service call center, insurance, real estate, tourism, restaurants, hotels,...
Priority is given to candidates who can recruit staff or have a team with them
