    work content
    - Manage and supervise operations of representative offices:
    • Manage all branch operations, from human resource management, finance, business operations to customer service.
    • Human resource management: recruitment, training and development of branch employees. Build a team of employees who are qualified and meet job requirements, while ensuring a positive working environment and encouraging personal development of employees.
    • Financial management: manage and monitor the financial resources of the representative office, ensure that the branch operates within the assigned time frame and budget, control costs and optimize financial performance .
    - Business management:
    • Plan and implement sales and business strategies in the Central region.
    • Create long-term and short-term strategic plans for the area of responsibility, ensuring the achievement of set revenue and profit goals, and develop plans and policies from headquarters.
    • Relationship building and business development: build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and local communities, shape business strategies and develop new opportunities to expand markets and increase sale revenue.
    - Other tasks:
    • Regularly/unscheduled reports on representative office activities to the Board of Directors.
    • Other tasks arise according to actual situations.
