In the position of Branch Manager in the HCMC area. You will be in charge of all issues related to the business situation in the region including human resource management, business strategy implementation, recruitment, and excellent completion of KPIs set out by the CEO for development. business.
Recruitment and training of branch staff.
Develop and execute annual plans together with direct management to achieve company goals.
Ensure the business situation of the branch and propose appropriate plans to achieve the assigned goals.
Monitor team and leadership results, motivate employees through professional knowledge, transparent environment, fair competition and objective recognition of achievements.
Train, guide and support employees to increase productivity, build and develop the skills needed for the job.
Daily monitoring of the operation status of Loship partners and drivers, including connection, human resource attraction, and operation.
Develop effective program and reward structure to increase productivity and team spirit.
Build and maintain the brand of products and services Loship is providing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Having 3 or more years of experience in similar positions, working experience in Startup companies, e-commerce, transportation, food delivery, network companies is an advantage.
Customer-oriented thinking: understanding the needs and expectations of customers in the spirit of customer care.
