    Job Description

    • Conduct tank measurement, compare radar at report (hard data) tank measurement => set head according to plan
    • Receive planning information, ensure enough oil for production
    • Safe food handling and food hygiene in the work area
    • Ensure regular cleaning according to SOP, oil mixing
    • Make a report on tank cleaning
    • Oil measurement, oil transfer
    • Check the machine condition periodically every day
    • Receive production orders from shift supervisor, repair all equipment in packaging and processing department, replace equipment parts
    • Work with the team to improve equipment and increase work efficiency
    • Handling, repairing damaged equipment, checking and calculating materials, maintenance plans, daily, weekly, monthly
    • Order spare parts, equipment and machinery
    • Allocate human resources to work according to plan
    • Control work area to ensure safety and compliance with company regulations, department regulations and SOP compliance
    • Employee training, building a successor team
    • Control of contractor workers
