Responsible for Counter operations during the shift:
- Understand daily store revenue, deposit daily revenue into company account;
- Guide and check the display and cleaning at the store daily;
- Check the quality and quantity of products from the Production department to the store;
- Check and monitor the attitude and working spirit of employees during the shift;
- Manage store assets;
- Training for employees;
- Support the store manager in managing employees by arranging work schedules and assigning shifts appropriately (including official hours and overtime hours), ensuring employees comply with standard working procedures. The company proposed;
- Resolve customer complaints and questions beyond the scope of the sales staff during the shift.
2. Job requirements
At least 02 years of management experience in cafe/fast food/food stores...;
- Good Communication and Team Management skills
- Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good information gathering and reporting ability
- Able to work overtime to meet time requirements according to job requirements;
- Honest, dynamic, enthusiastic, cheerful and open, always receive feedback positively
- Priority is given to candidates with basic English communication;
- Working hours: Rotating shifts (26 working days/month), 9 hours/day (including 1 hour break)
Shift A: 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m
Shift B: 13:30-22:30
