Job description
- Develop long-term strategies and plan marketing campaigns and programs at the point of sale.
- Build and continuously improve standards for the display, image and design of the point of sale to meet the brand's requirements, match the insight and ensure a high standard of customer experience. .
- Monitor, support and ensure the standards of the display as well as the brand identity image at the point of sale meet the requirements.
- Training, coaching and managing personnel in the trade marketing group, the visual merchandise group. Manage budgets, costs as well as evaluate the performance of the team.
Job requirements
- Education level: College, University. Specialization: Business Administration - Marketing
- Working experience: 3 years in the same position
- Computer skills, Foreign language skills: English is an advantage
- Trade MKT program planning skills, research skills, information analysis and market prediction, synthesis, analysis and reporting skills.
