- Good knowledge of quality assurance and standards
- Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
- Good knowledge of MS office and databases
- Experienced in sewing industry preferred
- Good English, speaking and writing
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Reliable and Trustworthy
- Related certificate of QC will be an advantage
· Responsibilities
- Organize the QC team and system (in-house inspection materials, in line, end line, AQL report)
- Monitor all operations that affect quality
- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Communicate with external quality assurance officers (Korea office or buyers) during on-site inspections.
- Review and update current standards and policies
- Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
