Production management : Laminated bag products
- Production planning, coordination and monitoring of production process.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Control and manage production materials and supplies.
- Evaluate the performance of factory workers.
- Resolve personnel related issues in the workshop.
Management of machinery and equipment : packaging presses, printers, slitting machines, sterilizers, air compressors...
- Ensure machinery and equipment in the workshop operate well and are regularly maintained.
- Planning for investment and upgrading of machinery and equipment.
- Manage and use energy resources effectively in the factory.
Reports and statistics :
- Prepare periodic reports on production activities, productivity, quality and costs for the Board of Directors.
